Last November’s Los Angeles Auto Show played host to a double-unveiling, as Honda took the wraps off of the 2012 CR-V moments before announcing that they had formed a partnership with everyone’s favorite internet music company, Pandora. The agreement means that the personalized music service will now come standard in many new Honda models, including the CR-V.

This brings the number of automakers that are currently partnered with the popular music service to 14, and the sales of the highly coveted CR-V model have topped its class in recent years. Such a convergence of companies that have recently thrived in two different industries will likely turn out to be highly beneficial for both. Jessica Steele, a VP for Pandora, recently expressed her excitement about the corporate pairing.

Honda of Pasadena is currently in possession of a number of models that are equipped with Pandora, which is a truly an amazing concept. By simply planting a “yet quick search of songs that match up with what you have initially indicated that you like.
