“I didn’t buy my 2000 Insight here, but I’ve serviced it here every 7500 miles. I’m on my 195,000 intermediate service.

I first started coming here because I lived in Pasadena and they provided a free shuttle to and from a 10-mile (I think) radius.

A few years back (wow, I don’t even remember how many it was now), they renovated their service area. It’s nice and it includes an internet room with computers, although I bring my MacBook Air and do work at a desk using wifi. Since I wait for my car, they always push my car to the front for priority.

They wash my car (just the outside) before giving it back. Service is always friendly and informative. My car has run great for over 11 years, so they seem to be doing a good job.

I get regular, reliable, trustworthy service to get the most out of my car investment. So I’m willing to go to a dealership rather than a local mechanic.

I get over 65 mpg with this car. I’d like to buy one in the next few years. Something that will get me even better mpg. Probably a plug-in hybrid. Until then, I’ll keep servicing my car here.”
